Completed projects include:

129 St College Point- 1994
This building located in College Point Queens is a 6000 sq. ft. one story & Mezzanine Concrete Masonry and Brick structure. The building proposed a challenge when additional attention was required to the foundation due to the subgrade underlayment. Long span joists were necessary for the roof construction to provide for a sophisticated drainage system.

14-76 163 Street Beechhurst NY- 1997
This residential home was an existing one family dwelling. The design called for a colonial style exterior. The exterior and interior details involved the use of high skilled labor in which Gary Bonelli had the expertise and hands-on knowledge to make the entire project flawless. The building was the recipient of the Queens Chamber of Commerce award for design excellence.

153-17 Jamaica Avenue Jamaica NY 2001
This three story office building was fully renovated to accommodate office space for state funded agencies. The buildings consist of two separate structures facing Jamaica Avenue and 90th Road, and are located within the Special Downtown Jamaica District. The renovation involved a total gut job and finishes had to satisfy the requirements of the proposed state agencies as tenants. Mr. Bonelli executed the project in a timely manner with no time delay, and a smooth construction process.

164 Street Beechhurst NY 2005
This is a two story high end residential custom one family home. The timing and execution of this project and the handling of all the trades involved was impeccable here. All of the stone and millwork details called for on the design required a tremendous amount of coordination and experience with all the trades to achieve the final product desired by the owner. The final product shows the high level of difficulty and how well executed it was to the end. The entire project took nine months from the time the house was knocked down, and rebuilt, and moved in.

22-42 129 Street College Point:
This 3,000 sq foot complete office build-out was custom built to suit a growing business. Suited with three private offices, eight large cubicle workstations, and a custom built reception area with office showroom. Also, featuring a state of the art conference room, and kitchen area.
